Easy return and exchange: you need to bring the original shopping voucher (shopping ticket, online shopping list) and invoice (if issued) to any store in decathlon's mainland China for return and exchange.  
 
For the goods purchased in the original store, we will refund them according to the payment method of your purchase (if you pay by credit card, please take the original payment bank card).  
 
For cross store (non cash) purchases and online purchases, the refund will be returned to the decathlon gift card.  
 
 
 

If you have our decathlon store near you, in order to ensure that the product is intact and unused, the product packaging and label are complete and do not affect the resale of the product, you can exchange goods in the physical store, and show the official shopping list or membership card number. The store's actual inventory is variable. You can contact the store for inventory consultation and then go to the store for replacement. If the store does not have the goods you need, it is recommended that you contact the official website for replacement (return first and then buy).  
 
(please note: at present, the official website of decathlon does not accept the return and exchange of goods purchased by physical stores.)  
 
Warm tip: due to the difference of operating system and process between shopping mall and Internet, if you need to return goods from shopping mall, you can only refund by "gift card" at present. (gift card is a kind of shopping card that can be consumed in any decathlon store, valid for 3 years)
