The origin of brand

PERFLY is the badminton brand of DECATHLON where the sport has had its place in our stores since the early days.  
 
Like all other sports in our company, It started under the Decathlon name until we in 2002 created Passions Brands.  
At that time, racket sports and golf products became INESIS. In 2006, the racket sports brand, ARTENGO, saw the day creating among others the iconic product, Easy Net.  
 
As ARTENGO we decided to move our sport to China in order to be close to the many millions of players and let ourselves be inspired by the world’s biggest badminton market.  
 
This experience motivated us to go further and in 2017 we created Decathlon’s new badminton brand, PERFLY; made by badminton players; for badminton players and based in Shanghai.  
 
Today you will find our beautiful, technical and incredibly well-priced products in most Decatlon off- and online stores around the world with many, many more to come.

In PERFLY, we love badminton. We love the sound of a good shuttlecock hitting a perfectly strung racket. We love the fast-paced rallies full of variety. We love the togetherness on the court. We love competition and physical effort. We are players who want to make this beautiful and fun sport of ours accessible to as many people as possible. That is our job; we are lucky.  
 
We believe that all Badminton Lovers worldwide should be able to enjoy high quality, technical badminton products at reasonable prices; whatever their level and motivation might be.
